Banchan Illness: Plastic Found - Gaja Korean Bar, Atlanta Georgia

Last night, my husband and I ordered several dishes from this restaurant, but we also brought only two of these dishes home to share with our friend: the banchan (including some eggplant kimchi in which I found a piece of a plastic deli container) and a scallion pancake.These two things are the only dishes all three of us ate. My husband and I only had one bite each of the scallion pancake before we brought it to our friend, so the banchan appears to be the culprit.
The banchan we brought our friend was not from the same order in which I found the piece of deli plastic in, but I assume it was from the same batch. It had the eggplant kimchi, broccoli with soy and sweet-hot chili sauce of some kind (like Sriracha), and then cubed radish kimchi.
Something has made us all horribly ill less than 24 hours later. I felt nauseated around 5:00pm, and began vomiting around 6:00pm; my friend started vomiting around 7:30pm, and my husband (who is working at a bar right now) has just begun vomiting.
I feel terrible, because (otherwise) we had a lovely time. It was my first time here, but my husband and friend mentioned above have both been here before. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
