Cereal Causes Severe Illness - Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Laredo Texas

At 8pm I ate a big bowl of cereal (Cinnamon Toast Crunch). An hour later I started getting stomach cramps and felt extremely bloated. At 12am I had diarrhea, stomach cramps, and started vomiting excessively. I felt very sick all night. The following morning I woke up feeling tired and dehydrated. The rest of the day I stayed in bed feeling very weak. I am just thankful none of my children had any cereal that night.
