I ate a small bowl of Lucky Charms for breakfast 4/17. I then went for a run and had diarrhea within 45 minutes and later stomach pain, and wasn’t sure if the eat/run combo was what made me sick. Then today 4/18 I again had a small bowl of Lucky Charms, did not run, and again had diarrhea within 45 minutes. I’m therefore concluding the cereal is what made me sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
