Ate there food arpund 7p on Nov 20, 2015
Had zucchini w/ ranch and clubhouse combo with fries..club had xtra lettuce & mayo. I ate a few fries but gave the rest to my kids. I ate more zucchini than fries but still didnt finish the amount.. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
