SICK AS DOG & RAW CHICKEN!!!!Wife & I are both doubled over barfing our guts out after ordering the "Lucky 13" w/ a side of Dirty Rice..... (From this store.
I called the store, the woman who answered my call stated “sorry it couldn't have been "our" food” and basically too bad so sad!
I asked to speak with whomever she was speaking to The " Boss's boss" as she put it.
Well sorry he's not here. ?REALLY? Then who were you just speaking with?? Her reply, "I called him"... That was a bunch of crap, I'm on the other end of the call and can hear her speaking with the "boss's boss" sounds like the person was about 2 feet away from her!!!
Then She reiterates "Sorry I wasn't out food that made you sick." I ask again to speak with her manage, sorry he's not here (BS)...
The screwed up thing is I was calling them to express that "Hey just bought & ate your food, now (less than 30 minutes later) both my spouse & I are sick as dog, it's coming from both ends!!) maybe you should check the food on your side of the supply chain.!
The audacity of the person on the phone plus the lack of responsibility has brought me to this conclusion, the over half of the order that is left is going to the Plano health department (might end up having to zip lock a bit of the barf as well.) and writing this review!!
NOTE: On closer inspection of two of the "chicken tenders" they are raw in the middle!!!!!
I would not recommend this restaurant to my worst enemy!!!!
