Cold Buffet Causes Illness - Buffet, Springfield Missouri

Went to Buffet last night around 7PM. Had mashed potatoes, brown gravy, one piece of fried chicken, fried okra and a roll. All of the food but the mashed potatoes was ice cold. Woke up at 5am with intense stomach cramps and pain, and have been on the toilet off and on for hours. Just water coming out. Very nauseas and stomach is in a lot of pain. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
