monday nite may 21 2018 myself and 2 daughters fell ill tuesday may22 vomiting..One of us is vegetarian so meat wasnt the issue..we all consumed cooked mushrooms .Thursday may24 we are still ill although slight improvement | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
