I experienced extreme nausea, vomitin, and diarrhea approx 30 minutes after eating a bowl of Golden Grahams cereal. It was extreme and projectile vomiting. I felt sick as a dog after. It was the only thing I had eaten that day. Then again a week later, I poured another bowl with a different non- dairy milk and the same thing happened! Violent vomiting. I had no other flu like symptoms and was fine afterwards. I'm not sure whats's in the new Golden Grahams "retro" cereal but General Mills needs to recall it. Too many people expericing the same issues. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
