Lunch noon on April 24th before we flew home. I had the American burger and onion rings. My flight left LV at 530 on delta. Airline can confirm how sick I was at seat and bathroom. Couldn’t leave bathroom through landing. Had no alcohol since one drink at a concert the night before. Extreme vomiting and diarrhea. My husband got me to next flight but I don’t recall getting there. Extreme dizziness. Got home and haven’t been able to go to work for two days. Horrible headache can’t eat without diarrhea still 2 days letter. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Dizziness
