Cold shelled shrimp on salad bar. Have eaten dozens of times before no ill effects. Shrimp CLEARLY had been sprayed or contaminated with poisonous cleaning or other fluids. Passed out withing 5 minutes of eating about 5 of them. Projectile vomiting. Rescue Squad called. Could see employees rushing the bowl of these shrimp out of the salad bar and out of sight out of the corner of my eye as they wheeled me out on the gurney. After being check out at the ER, went directly to the Douglas County Heath Dept and got some "manager" in a conference room that would only speak to me privately. Still had IV and blood draw needle bandages on my arms and he did not take the incident seriously and DID NOT OR WOULD NOT document it or investigate it. Complete fail by DCH and a complete guilt and liability issue by the Grand China Cafe. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
