We arrived in this all-inclusive hotel on 20 Dec in good health. In the night of 21 Dec, we ate at the Oriental Restaurant and my son started to have sever stomach pain, together with vomiting. I called in a doctor and he said it was food poison from virus. All we ate were from the hotel. I called the manager to file a complaint. He just said sorry but didn't do anything. It totally ruined our holiday and $400 for the medical expenses. I'm so disappointed with Grand Park Royal. Will never come back. If we could, we want to give it negative stars. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
