My Kid and I had watery poop diarrhea starting on the 3rd Day (end of Feb, 2023) and continued for two weeks. Food there is not properly heated when served, or stored at a cold temperature when not. Not a single piece of seafood, meat, or salad dressing was held in ice. Just sitting out with flies on it. And we had fevers - my kid had a high fever | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever

is any of this being reported to health departments? embassy? for those of us trying to rebook, we are out the entire cost of trip, including flights, to just switch hotel ..... multiple people have reported conformed at doctors/hospitals of parasite infection.
