Everything was going great until we ate at the ceviche restaurant Cabrilla by the pool. I hadn't eaten anything that morning because we were going to the spa for massages and water treatment. I didn't want to have a full stomach during that experience. After the spa my husband and I went to the ceviche restaurant Cabrilla. We had the following food TOSTADA DE ATÚN / TUNA TOSTADA MAR DE CORTÉS / SEA OF u200bu200bCORTEZ AGUACHILE DE CAMARÓN / SHRIMP AGUACHILE We became very ill and spent the rest of the day and night in the room. We are not the only ones who got sick which is why I'm reporting this. We are still here in Cabo at a different resort for the next two days and we have spent the entire first day at the new resort in bed sick. We first got sick on Jan 24th, 2026. We did notify the concierge. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
