Ate the Bang Bang Shrimp bowl and within an hour felt stomach pains and tightness. 2 hours later I was severely vomiting nonstop for an hour. Took Zofran and after one hour vomited profusely all night, with diareah coming out the other end. 10 hours later a very sore stomach and cannot eat a thing. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
