I purchased Great Value Chia Seeds about January, February 2024, from Walmart, I put some seeds into my water bottle for weigh lost and went walking at the park, across the street from my apartment. It usually takes me about 46 mins to walk around at 1.9 miles. That day it took over 2 hrs to walk around. I was drinking the water and chia seeds and start feeling nausea. Stomach pains. Dizzy, etc. I had to continue to sit down every place I could find to sit. I was so sick! | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Dizziness
