My 5 year old son ate a sausage roll from greggs bedworth at approx 11am sat 3rd Nov 18. The sausage roll was cold when purchased now I am wondering how long it had been on the shelf. My son woke at 2am Sunday morning being sick he has constantly been vomitting since then and also has severe diarrhoea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
