Yesterday, lunch time, Vegan sausage rolls. My son had a while one and my daughter had a piece and both have been incredibly ill My son ate 1 and a half of the vegan sausage rolls with my daughter eating the other piece. This was at midday and by 8pm they were both projectile vomiting. It can only be this as my other son didn't eat any of it and has been absolutely fine. They all ate exactly the same after this | Symptoms: Vomiting, Other
