Additional Info: I literally ate a stale bake and sausage roll yesterday from Greggs that was it , and yesterday around 6 hours after eating I started feeling hot and shaken and I’ve none stopped thrown up through the night and had diarrhoea | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Stomach Pain
