Tuesday 21.4.2026 Greggs sausage roll, hill streetcenter middlesbrough.Ate the sausage roll at 11.30am began to feel at ill 5pm, i had only had toaste in the morning prior to eating the sauage roll and ate nothing after it, I am still ill but not as severe, stomach cramps, body aches, headache, chills, diarrhea, then fever, on day four stomach cramps, headache fever | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Headache, Chills, Body Ache
