Tuesday 21.4.2026 Greggs sausage roll, hill street center Middlesbrough. Ate the sausage roll at 11.30am, began to feel ill at 5pm. I had only had toast in the morning prior to eating the sausage roll and ate nothing after it. I am still ill but not as severe. Symptoms: stomach cramps, body aches, headache, chills, diarrhea, then fever.
