Additional information: Me and partner both had Mexican chicken baguette from greggs on Saturday 14/6/25, since then we have both had nausea, persistent vomiting and diarrhoea. Headaches and fever have also been present. This was the Greggs in Lichfield on the same street as Angel Inn, subway, etc. Awful establishment which I’ll never eat from again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Headache
