I dropped my wife off at work this morning, popped here to get a bite to eat. Ordered sausage and egg butty and a mocha.

3 hours later. I have no solid matter in my stool. I tried to eat something but feel nauseous.

This was the only thing I had eaten for 12 hours. It happened at 0800 9/1/21 | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
