Pepperoni pizza or could be a prawn cocktail. 🤮 I bought the pizza at the petrol station on Wednesday. Felt sick on Thursday. Then Friday evening very sick continuously until Monday lunch time. I had to have paramedics out. Then the diarrhea started for 3 days. 😡 . Last Friday evening. Sick continuously right up until the following Monday lunch time. Then diarrhea for 3 days. I had bought a piece of pepperoni pizza and caramel late coffee from there | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
