Ordered the Vera Cruz which included bacon wrapped shrimp and chicken fajitas with beans. My wife ordered a chicken fajita bowl.
I ate at around 9 it’s now 3am and I am vomiting uncontrollably. I can’t keep anything down. Once I vomit I am having diarrhea immediately after. My wife is also dealing with diarrhea. My only meal of the day I was perfectly fine before dining in. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
