Undercooked Salmon Illness - Grocery Store Stop&shop, Chihuahua

Salmon I definitely left the fish in the fridge too long undercooked (3 days) i felt bad while i was eating and didn’t finish. Malaise and upset stomach a few minutes later. Woke up very dizzy the next morning. Felt headache/nausea later. Have now been dizzy and disoriented for 5 days | Symptoms: Nausea, Other, Headache, Dizziness
