Additional information: We ate tacos al pastor (pork) and chicken enchiladas. My Husband started having Diarrhea within an hour. I did not get sick for about 6-8 hours later with horrible diarrhea, headache and body aches That is the only thing we ate yesterday, so I am pretty sure this is what did it. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Headache, Body Ache
