Italian sammich. Ate sandwich on hour long plane ride. Meat looked off and bread soggy but did not taste bad. Diarrhea within an hour. 4 hrs later massive diarrhea, tremors and vomiting lasting thru night. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
