Opened package of HEB beef lunch meat, expiration date August 1/2025. It was kept very cold (my fridge is set just above freezing). Experienced terrible pain as the meat traveled through my alimentary canal. It took hours, doubled over finally diarrhea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
