Cod Meal Causes Illness - H-E-B, Friendswood Texas

Bought the cod with broccoli and cut potatoes on Saturday July 28th with “sell by” label of July 31st. I baked it as directed and took the meal to work on Monday evening. About 4 hours after eating 3/4 of the meal I started having a stomach ache. I got home from work on Tuesday morning around 0715, I had profound nausea and began vomiting around 0930, then diarrhea. I also have a bad headache and generalized weakness. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Weakness, Stomach Pain
