Suspected food poisoning from the steak house in hotel r10 H10 Rubicón Palace, Lanzarote. Observed poor temperature control of hot and cold foods in the steakhouse. Observed refrigeration contractor here today in the steak restaurant. The central island fridges presentation surfaces have been running since we arrived 11:1:24. Today, the refrigeration company attended to the unit and it appears they have recast the unit. The refrigeration presentation is in our room in very cool to the touch. This is an improvement since the 11th of the first 2024. | Symptoms: Vomiting
