i suspect Yoshinoya & Hanamaru Udon. they served me cold egg. temperature is like take out from fridge.the case happen on 12/12/2018, i took dinner at the mentioned restaurant around 7:30pm, i ordered a set of rice with fish and chicken and an half boiled egg. and the egg is cold, its like took out from fridge, but I thought that how it should taste like. | Symptoms: Vomiting
