Ordered garlic Parmesan chicken wings on 6/5/26. Became ill the afternoon of 6/7. It is now 6/8 and I am still experiencing violent diarrhea. I am the only person in my family sickened and that was the only thing I ate differently from everyone else. Update: ended up going to emergency room to get IV fluids and had testing done that ruled out all viral causes of illness meaning it was food borne. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
