Sushi Illness at Resort - Hard rock cafe, Punta Cana La Altagracia

After 2 days at the Resort my husband became violently ill after dinner at their Sushi restaurant. He began vomiting, chills, fever, diarrhea For a solid 48 hours. Hotel staff didn’t really care and wanted to charge over $300 for a doctor to visit plus the cost of medication if needed. He was extremely weak and dehydrated. We stayed January 13th-18th 2019. We have vacationed in the Dominican Republic before (not at this Resort) as well as several other countries and have never had this happen before! Never going back. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Weakness, Chills
