Ate 2 items at 1230am around 7. I had diarrhea and vomiting. Later a fever Ate a Frisco Melt and Ham and Cheese around 1230am. At around 8 I woke up with Diarrhea. Followed by nausea and vomiting at 10am. Started running a fever around 1pm. Went to Dr today to rule out Covid | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Nausea
