I purchased an Italian hoagie pre-prepared sandwich on Thursday at 3pm. The sandwich didn't taste right, the meat was extremely dried out, so much so that my thought was "what kind of meat is this". I are less than half of it. The next morning at 4am throwing up for the next sixteen hours. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
