Ate 1/2 small container of Panera broccoli and cheddar soup at work and started feeling nauseous and having hot flashes within 2-3 hours, followed by stomach cramp, then diarrhea, dry mouth, low back and hip pain, and finally vomiting multiple times 6 hrs into the symptoms. 19 hours later now and still having severe low back and hip pain, awful headache, and intermittent nausea.
