Sushi Lunch Illness Strikes - Harumi, Seaside California

I just had lunch and I was already beginning to feel sick. I was sweating and have horrible stomach pains. I rushed home and barely made it to the bathroom. I’m nauseous and have terrible diarrhoea feels like I want to vomit.
I had Tempura, rice, Miso soup, chicken teriyaki and Gyoza ( pot stickers ) | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Sweating, Stomach Pain
