Ate a original burger with cheese, onion rings, and apple pie. My wife got a fish sandwich and shared the sides.
Went grocery shopping then came home to make tomorrow’s lunch when I suddenly felt really nauseous. Vomited everything out. Following morning I’m still in bed with a low fever with lower backaches. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Fever
