Healthy Choice Power Bowl: Chicken, feta, & farro. I had this bowl for lunch. Microwaved it correctly and followed all directions. About 8 hours later, I had what I thought was acid reflux so I took a Pepcid and Tums. Then a short while after I began vomiting and was so ill. I threw up the entire night and when that subsided I started having diarrhea. I couldn’t keep anything down. I became so dehydrated I had muscle cramps in my feet and legs and now I have right kidney pain. I almost went to the ER! 13 hours after this began I am now just starting to keep down small amounts of fluids. Also, everyone else in my household is totally fine, aside from the bowl I had, we all ate the same things. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Acid reflux
