Bad ground beef.09/30 update: It was Every Plate (parent company is Hello Fresh). We often get Hello Fresh branded items included in our meal kit. I recognized the ground beef packaging, because its provided in both EveryPlate and Hello Fresh meal kits. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
