Received delivery 7/3/21 and made the ground pork chili about 2 and by 5 I was super ill fever diarrhea vomit which has led to dehydration all morning still can’t keep anything in 7/4/21 at noon. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Fever, Dehydration
