- comments: observed evidence of rodent activity on the premises. Observed 5 mouse droppings on the floor and storage shelf in the mop closet in the kitchen area, 15 mouse droppings on the floor in the dry storage room, 5 mouse droppings inside of the metal storage cabinet next to the exit door in the kitchen, 5 mouse droppings in the corner of the lunch room, 25 mouse droppings in the lunch room storage closets, and 25 mouse droppings behind the metal storage cabinet in room 205. Management instructed to clean and remove all rodent droppings from all affected areas. Additional pest control service is needed to eliminate the pest activity. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a).
