Homemade Salad Illness Symptoms - Food Lion, Dover Delaware

The only different food I had from my usual diet as a home made salad: lettuce, onion, cucumber, plus other ingredients that I had eaten before with no ill affects. I ate around 5 pm Saturday June 26th and woke up at 5 am Sunday June 27th with the following symptoms: Sweating, nausea, blurred vision, severe dizziness, vomiting and loose bowels. After vomiting a few times I fell back to sleep. I woke up at around 10 am feeling normal. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Sweating, Blurry vision
