Honey nut Cheerios. Early July I kept having diarrhea with mild cramps followed by nausea for a few mornings. Figured out something was off with having breakfast cereal and milk so I took a break from eating it. Even threw out the milk despite it seeming completely fine. It being the Cheerios makes a lot more sense.

07/28 update: Symptoms are gone, thankfully only lasted the days I ate the cherrios | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
