Cheerios Link to GI Issues - Cheerios, Kearney Missouri

3 years ago reported by user-rqwc4795 business

Honey Nut Cheerios, Cosentino's Price Chopper, 701 Watson Dr, Kearney, MO 64060, United States

701 Watson Drive, Kearney, 64060 Missouri, United States

Honey Nut Cheerios - - I have been dealing with stomach pain, intestinal pain/discomfort, cramps, diarrhea for weeks. Couldn't stay out of the restroom. I bought yogurt, antidiarrhea medication took pepto but nothing helps. I stopped eating anything, including Cheerios for a while, then ate another bowl of Cheerios and symptoms started again.

The number on the box is 14APR2023 CR082802C Hope this helps. I really feel that you are on to something here. I have been dealing with some sort of puzzling intentional issue for weeks and have been unable to identify the cause of it. I am even seeing a GI specialist who is running all kinds of tests, but other than some stomach lining irritation, he has been unable to find anything else up to this point. I just found out about the possibility of a contamination with Cheerios cereal which immediately got my attention. I enjoy a bowl of Cheerios in the evenings and the stomach issues that others are having seemed to be remarkably similar. I haven't wanted to eat much, because of all the intestinal issues, so I mainly just have a bowl of Cheerios cereal every couple of days.Maybe that's why I'm not getting any better. I've stopped eating the Cheerios so let's see if I start to improve. If I do, then I will feel certain that it has to do with the Cheerios being contaminated. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Something else, Cramps, Stomach Pain
