Been mixing Honey Nut Cheerios in my cereal and wondering why I’ve been having bad diarrhea when I had my lactaid milk. Had really bad cramping along with it and then I found out about the Cheerios poisoning and it all makes sense. Stopped eating it and starting to feel better. 7/17/22-7/22/22 #cheerios #unitedstates
