I bought a box of Honey Nut Cheerios. I was having extremely painful bowel problems every time I ate a bowl. I know it was the Cheerios because I would have a bowl about 2 weeks apart and I only have bowel problems after I ate it. I was eating it with almond milk. Even when I ate it dry as a snack I still had problems | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
