I only started eating cereal again within the last month, with Honey Nut Cheerios being my go to choice. The most recent box (a guardians of the galaxy special with heart shapes) is the only one I had noticed a problem with. In fact, since I suffer from IBS-C, I tend to chalk abdominal issues up to that. After the first bowl I had nausea and severe pain, felt like my body wanted to have diarrhea but was too busy being constipated. The second bowl started the same, but the diarrhea managed to break through and is still present 36~ish hours later. Still not considering the Cheerios and food poisoning, I just ate another bowl and the nausea and pain are back... Third times the charm, right? I acknowledge that there could be many other explanations, but will note that this level of symptoms are highly unusual even with my condition. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other, Constipation
