On 8/24 I ordered garlic butter shrimp stir-fry from Honeygrow in Willowgrove,PA. The food tasted ok but 30 mins later I began to feel cramping in my stomach. I now have diarrhea, severe cramping, chills and nausea amd feel lethargic.Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills

Duration: 4 to 12 hours
