I just ate a bowl of heart shaped Honeynut Cheerios with lactose free milk. Now, three hours later, I feel nauseated, I have chills and want to throw up! Six weeks ago (the last time I ate a bowl of regular shaped Honeynut Cheerios with lactose free milk) I got nauseated and vomited hours laters. I'm not eating anymore. Why are they making me sick now? Did the formula change?
