I had not eaten anything other than a handful of Chex mix and a hand full of goldfish all day long, keep in mind. Anyways, I went to dinner and ate a very simple tomato, mozzarella, basil, balsamic vinaigrette grilled cheese sandwich with a few tater tots on the side at 10:00PM last night. It is now 4:00 in the morning, I woke up suddenly out of my sleep and booked it to the bathroom. I was vomiting and crapping at the same time and it was the worst, most violent case of food poisoning I’ve ever had in my lifetime. Do not recommend! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Something else, Cramps
